Help shape Scotland’s future

We are seeking a visionary leader to help drive transformative change across the Scottish Government, and take charge of a diverse portfolio of responsibilities.

As Director-General Communities, you will lead a £22 billion budget and a workforce of 1,250, directly influencing national priorities such as child poverty, housing, equality, and public service reform.

You’ll work closely with Ministers and the First Minister, while championing an inclusive, high-performing culture across government.
